Wall, Pamela Jayne (7 December 1979)

In early evening ceremonies, Saturday, December 7, Pamela Jayne Wall and Kevin Earl Stitt were united in marriage. The Rev. Gary Clark officiated at the Neillsville United Church of Christ service. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis “Todd” Wall, Neillsville, while the groom is the son of Mrs. Judy Kelnor of Black River Falls and Robert Still, Jackson, Michigan.

For the wedding, Robert Wall, the bride’s brother, of San Francisco, Calif., played the piano and organ and Tim Voigt, Neillsville, sang “Just The Way You Are.”

Servin g as maid of honor was Carla Zilk of Neillsville. She was assisted by Mrs. Greg Kurhy of Hatfield and Mrs. Robert Schelide of Ann Arbor, Mich., both sisters of the groom.

Best man was Kelly Stitt, a brother of the groom from La Crosse. He was joined by Robert Schelide of Ann Arbor and Greg Kurhy, Hatfield. Ushering was Mike Jaje, Milwaukee.

The bride chose an off-white, chiffon gown in the Victorian style with hat and veil. She carried an arrangement of ferns and silk flowers. The bride’s attendants were attired in long rose-colored crepe dresses with matching brown vests. They carried silk rose arrangements.

Following the service, a reception and dance was held in the Spider Room of the Arbutus Cafe, Neillsville.

The bride, a 1977 graduate of Neillsville High School and in 1978 from Western Wisconsin Technical Institute, La Crosse, is an operating room technician at Neillsville Memorial Hospital. The groom is a graduate of Hanover Horton High School in Michigan and from Jackson Community College, all in Michigan, is self-employed as a carpenter and trapper. The couple, who will take a later trip to the east coast, will make their home on Rt. 2 Neillsville.
