The Thorp High School Class of 1981 held their 40-year class reunion October 8th and 9th, 2021. The celebration kicked off with a tailgate party in the high school parking lot on Friday night before the home football game. The classmates then moved to a reserved section of the bleachers and cheered their alma mater to a win. The game was followed by a bonfire at a classmate's residence.

Saturday morning, they gathered together for a tour of the current school facility. While walking the same hallways they did over forty years ago, classmates reminisced about teachers, classes, and good times they had at THS. They enjoyed seeing all of the changes made in forty years and hearing about future plans from Superintendent Hanlin and Assistant Principal Rhyner. Saturday evening was the main event and included a dinner, program, music, and so much laughter. They can't wait to get together again in five years.
