Donald “Donnie” A Smith, age 61, of Spencer, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Marshfield Medical Center.

Donnie was born September 27, 1960, the son of Donald G. and Kay L. (Alloway) Smith. He graduated from Amherst High School in 1978. Don was always a very hard worker and loved people as well as a good time! He would help out a friend in need, as he was a very caring and loving person. Don loved to shoot pool and was a sports car enthusiast. He also enjoyed hunting. As an animal lover he adored his 2 cats!

Don is lovingly survived by his siblings: Glenn E. Smith (Beth Young), Ginger E. Smith, Diane L. Kluck (Al Sanders), and Kathleen L. Hess (Shirley Kastner). He is further survived by 5 nephews: Dustin, Corey, Danny, Johnathon, and Erik; as well as 3 nieces: Kristin, Ashley, and Kacie. He will truly be missed.

Don is preceded in death by his parents: Donald G. and Kay; as well as a brother: David R. Smith; as well as a nephew: Donald James Smith.
