Miss Brenda Kay Haas and William Allen Henke were married July 16 in St. Bernard's/St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, Thorp., the Rev. John W. Puerner officiated at the double-ring ceremony. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. David Haas, Thorp, and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Henke, Stanley.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, had an organza and chantilly lace gown with chapel train and a matching veiled headpiece. In her cascade silk bouquet were red roses, white carnations, blue and white forget-me-nots, light blue gardenias, lily of the valley and baby's breath with fernery.

Mrs. Kristine Rudnik, Thorp, was matron of Honor. Bridesmaids were Karen Haas, Patti Potaczek and Stephanie Rosemeyer, all of Thorp; Linda Schneider, Stanley; and Cory Haas, Thorp. Sherri Haas was miniature bride. The adult aides had light blue knit formals with capes and combs with silk flowers in their hair. Each had a silk bouquet of deep blue roses, blue and white daisies, white forget-me-nots, medium blue gardenias, lily of the valley and baby's breath with fernery.

Gary Hemke, was best man. Groomsmen were Steven Haas, Ron Potaczek, Darrel Haas, all of Thorp, Brian Schneider of Stanley and Philip Haas, Thorp. Jason Haas was miniature bridegroom and ushering were Rodney Rudnick and Bob Henke.

Providing nuptial music were Maryann Smasal and Joanne Wittek.

The reception, dinner and dancing were at the Qunset Hall. After a wedding tip to Mackinac Island, the newlyweds will live in Thorp.
