Graun, Sandra Lorraine (16 July 1983)

The wedding of Miss Sandra Lorraine Graun, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Graun of Route 1, Abbotsford, and Robert James Oelrich, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Oelrich, Minocqua, took place July 16 at Christ Lutheran Church, Abbotsford, the Rev. Joseph Giovenco officiating.

The bride was given in marriage by her father during nuptials for which Mrs. Norman Kommer was organist; Ken Graun, guitarist; and Steve Helmke, singer.

The bride had a chiffon knit empire/Queen Anne gown and matching veil and carried a cascade of yellow and red roses, blue carnations, daisy chrysanthemums and ivy.

Bridal aides were Mrs. Cindy Graun, matron of honor, Colby, and Sandee Potz of Minocqua and Burdella Marcott, Stetsonville, bridesmaids. They had yellow polyester and venise lace formals and carried arm bouquets, each having a single yellow and red rose with baby's breath.

Darv Potz of Minocqua was best man. Groomsmen were Doug Plath of Webster and Dan Graun of Abbotsford, and ushering were James Graun, Medford, and Bev Griepentrog, Wheaton, Illinois.

Dinner was served at church and the reception and dance were at The Sword, Colby.

The bride is a 1978 graduate of Abbotsford High School and works for Wausau Insurance Companies. Her fiance is a 1977 graduate of Spencer High School. After a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the newlyweds are living in Spencer.
