Dittrich, Deborah Kay (1983)

Gary Waldhart played the organ and sang for the wedding of Miss Deborah Kay Dittrich, Wausau, and Lea Roy Eggebrecht, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Eggebrecht, Colby.

The Rev. Marvin W. Zank officiated at the ceremony at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Medford, during which the bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Dittrich, Medford, was given in marriage by her father.

The bride had a Victorian chapel-entrained gown of fabric and lace and a harmonizing hat. In her cascade bouquet were cattelya orchids, stephanotis, baby's breath, roses and miniature carnations.

Miss Deborah Osterbrink of Wausau was maid of honor with Mrs. Pam Eggebrecht of Colby, Mrs. Kathy of Harris of Dorchester and Miss Laurie Linden, Wausau, the bridesmaids. They had violet knit formals and sheer jackets and their flowers were lavender tiger lilies and baby's breath.

Jack Harris of Dorchester was best man. Groomsmen were Brian Eggebrecht of Colby, Tony Genelin of Wausau and Dennis Bloom, Hudson, and and ushering were Pat and Ed Dittrich, Medford.

The reception, dinner and dance were at Stetsonville Centennial Hall. The newlyweds will make Colby their home.

The bride, a 1977 Medford Senior High School and a 1978 graduate of City College of Cosmetology-Eau Claire, is a hairdresser at Fashion Villa Hair Studio, Rothschild. Her husband, an employee of Welcome Dairy Ind., Colby; graduated in 1975 from Colby High School.
