Dodge, Katherine (19 Nov 1887 - 8 Mar 1974)

Katherine Dodge, former town of Knowlton resident, died March 8, 1974 at Sunny Vale Infirmary at Wausau.

The daughter of the late John Krieske and Anna Cerra, she was born November 19, 1987 in the Town of Hull, and had also lived at Abbotsford at one time.

She was married July 6, 1922 at Waukegan, Illinois, to Allen Roy Dodge, who preceded her in death in October 1945.

Surviving are one brother, Paul Krieske, Mosinee, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Pietras, Mosinee, and Mrs. Gus Piersing, Antioch, Illinois.

Funeral services were held at St. Francis Catholic Church in the town of Knowlton on Monday, March 11, at 11 a.m., with Father A. Sulik officiating.  Burial was in the Abbotsford Cemetery.
