Krueger, Audrey (25 Feb 1924 – 10 Apr 1974)

Funeral services were held for Mrs. Audrey Krueger, Athens, at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Milan, Rev. Mark J. Nicolus officiating. Interment was made in the Milan Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bill Kanneberg, Randy Kanneberg, Gregg Untiedt, Emil Untied Jr., Bob Gosse, and Bill Gosse.

Mrs. Krueger died Wednesday, April 10, 1974 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. The former Audrey Gertrude Meyer was born February 25, 1924, at Dorchester. She received her education in Dorchester schools. Her marriage to Melvin Krueger took place August 1, 1940, at Dorchester. After their marriage the couple farmed in the town of Johnson, near Milan. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Milan.

Surviving, besides her husband, are seven children, Mrs. James (Karen) Kalepp, Route 2, Marathon; Ronald, Route 1, Abbotsford; Mrs. Gerrard (Carol) Orlikowski, Unity, Mrs. Dennis (Sandra) Orth, Abbotsford, and Richard, Marilyn and Connie, living at home; 15 grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Frieda Meyer, Marshfield, a brother, Herman Meyer Jr., Racine, and two sisters, Mrs. Jack (Mildred) Smiley of Indiana and Mrs. Kenneth (Delores) Kanneberg, Loyal.
