“Outstanding Dairy Exhibitor,” Randy Sebesta (Award - 1981)

Randy Sebesta, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sebesta, Neillsville, was named the winner of the “Outstanding Dairy Exhibitor” award at the 1981 Clark County Fair. The award is sponsored each year by Consolidated Badger Cooperative, Shawano. The selection of Randy Sebesta to receive the award was made by a locally appointed committee.

According to Consolidated Badger communications assistant Carlene Schultz, the award is intended to encourage the development of dairy breeding and management skills in young people. She said the award is given to honor a dairy exhibitor who has demonstrated knowledge, skill and ambition through an outstanding total effort in his or her dairy project.

In addition to receiving an engraved plaque, Sebesta will be invited to tour a Consolidated Badger manufacturing plant and attend an educational program sponsored by the Cooperative later this fall.
