Turville, Shirley (Shiriline) (1949? – 4 May 2022)

In profound sadness we announce the passing of Shirley (Shiriline) Turville, our loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend of all whose lives she touched. She left us while sleeping peacefully at her winter residence in Jacksonville, Florida on May 4, 2022. She was in her 73rd year.

Born in Milan, Indiana to Charles and Carrie (Lozier) Frazier, Shirley was employed by Hillenbrand Casket Company in Batesville, Indiana for many years before relocating to Temple, Texas where she was employed by the Bell County Courthouse until her well-deserved retirement. Additionally, she brought smiles and laughter to many of the patrons she served while working as a bartender in Temple, Texas. She loved being outdoors, going to the beach, going on fun shopping trips and going out with the girls, watching sunsets and spending time with family and friends. She loved life and inspired everyone around her with her energy and joyful personality.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 33 years Wayne Turville; daughter, Peggy (Jeff) Garwood; son, Darrell (Becky) Powers; stepson, Keith (Alex) Turville; stepdaughter, Gail Landwehr; stepdaughter, Karen (Mike) Agee. Also surviving are grandchildren Crystal (Ricky) Wallace, Justin (Jennifer) Garwood, Keri (Ron) Howard, Sierra (Tyler) Myers, Devan Powers, David (Heather) Pryor, Jamie Halderson, Jesse (Brandi) Halderson, Travis (Debbie) Halderson, Cheyenne (Chris) Hopkins, Mariah (Jace) Bryant, Ciara (Johnny) Hirsch, Michael (Carrie) Apfelbeck, Michelle Apfelbeck and 35 great grandchildren. Shirley also had many special friends: sister-in-law Ann Thompson, Doina, Jon & Amy Dvorak, Kim & Lorenzo, Laura, Ann, Verna.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents; Charles and Carrie Frazier; brothers, Mearil & Melvin Frazier; daughter, Kimberly Lynn Powers.

She he will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

Private services will be held. St Johns Family Funeral Home & Crematory, St. Augustine, FL, is in charge of arrangements
