The seventh reunion of the Vircks family was held at Memorial Park at Dorchester, Saturday, July 6, 1974, beginning with a potluck dinner a noon. Mrs. Robert Schumacher and Mrs. George Ellenbecker were hostesses.

Ninety-nine members were present. The afternoon was spent in visiting, swimming and breaking of a piñata for the young folks. Pictures were taken by Don Vircks.

A business meeting was called to order by the temporary president, Don Vircks. Minutes of the last meeting in 1969 were read. A motion was made to have the reunion again in two years, with Mr. and Mrs. Brunner and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Vircks on the committee.

The members who came the greatest distance were Nancy Vircks, Beverly Hill, California, and Mr. and Mrs. Don Vircks, Landers, Wyoming.

The meeting was adjourned.
