A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. James Hopfensperger on Sunday, June 23, 1974 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. Terry James weighed in at seven pounds, one ounce and measured 20 ½ inches. He joins a sister, Tami Marie, at home.

Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sossaman, Unity, and Mr. and Mrs. Willard Hopfensperger, Spencer. Mrs. John Anderson, Colby, is the maternal great-grandmother.

Terry James, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. James Hopfensberger, who was born June 29, 1874, was baptized in St. John’s Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Ault officiating at the 9:30 a.m. service. Baptismal sponsors were Oscar Hildebrandt and Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Kurzinski.

After the services a potluck dinner was served at Unity Park.
