Lynette Will, 18-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Will, Rt. 2, Colby, is one of seven young people elected to the Wisconsin Electric Cooperative Association State Youth Board at the Electric Cooperative Youth Congress in River Falls, July 11, 1974.

Members of the junior board of directors will help plan next year’s youth congress, draft resolutions for consideration at the Wisconsin Electric Cooperative Association annual meeting and write a monthly column in the organization’s official publication, The Wisconsin REC News.

Miss Will’s participation in the Electric Cooperative Youth Congress was sponsored by Clark Electric Cooperative of Greenwood. She also represents the Cooperative as “Miss Clark Rural Electrification.” She will be a freshman this fall at the UW Center, Marshfield.
