St. Peters Church in Dorchester was the setting for the marriage of Miss Yvonne E. Schwoch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Schwoch, Dorchester, to Bruce K. Pawlowicz, son o fMr. and Mrs. Bruno Pawlowicz, Colby.

Pastor Golz officiated at the 1:30 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, August 10, 1974.

The bride, escorted down the aisle by her father, wore a white ribbon lace gown with train. The A-line style dress featured a stand up collar and puffed short sleeves. Her three tiered fingertip veil was edged with ribbon lace. She carried a round Colonial bouquet comprised of yellow roses, blue carnations, white baby’s breath and greenery.

Miss Wanda G. Schwoch served her sister as maid of honor. She was attired in a yellow ribbon lace gown of A-line styling, fashioned with short puffed sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. She carried a basket of daisies and greenery.

Miss Dawn Pawlowicz, sister of the groom, wearing a blue gown identical to the maid of honor, was the bridesmaid. She carried a basket of blue carnations and greenery.

Camille Pawlowicz and Sandra Pawlowicz were flower girls.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Steve Kadonsky, Abbotsford, and Bryan Pawlowicz was the groomsman. Kurt Schwoch and Bran Pawlowicz performed ushering duties.

A wedding reception following the ceremony was held at the Dorchester Memorial Hall.

The bride is a junior enrolled in the nursing program at the UW-Eau Claire. Her husband is a sophomore at the UW-Stout, and will become a shop teacher upon completion of his industrial education program.

After a honeymoon trip in Wisconsin, the couple will make their home in Eau Claire.
