Members of the Loyal High School Class of 1957 attending an Aug. 6 reunion at Rumors in Loyal were Neal Neeb, Walter Wucherpfennig, Barb (Fricke) Langfeldt, Dianne (Denk) Anderegg, Marlene (Pachal) English, Mary (Noeldner) Turnquist, Caroline (Aumann) Miller, Margaret (Bauer) Johnson, Emily (Uhrig) Lindner, Nancy (Degenhardt) Schmidt, Geraldine (Elmhorst) Scharf, John Hills, Sandy (Rahm) Hanson, Marilyn (Loos) Hinker, Carlotta (Tichy) Romsos, Claire Mrotek, and June (Haslow) Seeger.

Of the original 66 class members, 32 have since passed away.

At one of the earlier class reunions three of the classmates tore a $5 bill into thirds, each keeping their 1/3 to be brought to future class reunions. The three classmates were: Caroline (Aumann) Miller of Loyal, Carlotta (Tichy) Romsos of – Sarona, and Helen (Wehe) Olson of Franklin. Two of the classmates, Carlotta Romsos and Caroline Miller, showed their portion of the $5 bill. Helen and her husband Norbert (both class of ‘57 grads) were unable to attend the reunion.
