On Saturday, February 1, 1975 the second annual Indianhead honor band clinic and festival was held on the campus of the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. The honor band was made up of top instrumental students from the high schools of northwest Wisconsin and is directed by Dr. Donald George of the university staff.

Members of the band from Abbotsford High School were Jill Schilling, flute, and Julie Bergh, contra bass clarinet.

Jill, a senior, and Julie, a junior, were accompanied by Martin Schultz, Abbotsford Band Director. They spent the day in rehearsal and clinics, followed by an evening public concert by both the Indianhead honors band and the university symphony band, under the direction of Dr. George.
