Leonard Anthony Grajek, 91, of West Allis, Wisconsin | passed away on October 31, 2022. Loving father of Daniel Grajek, Teri Madden, Jayne Jaskolski, Melissa (David) Peil.
 

Devoted grandpa of Giselle (Simon) Plester, Casey Grajek, Colleen (Jijesh) Devan, Tanya (Jake) Kinsella, Phillip (Ashley) Jaskolski, Andrew Jaskolski, Elizabeth Jaskolski, Charles Jaskolski, Luke (Jessica) Jaskolski, Brady Peil, Avery Peil, Sophia Peil, Sariah and Harmony.


Caring great-grandpa of Arun, Leela, Delia, Fiona and Henry.


He is also survived by his sister Carol Pawlicki.


Preceded in death by his parents Anton and Anna (nee Kwiatkowski) Grajek; brother-in- law Raymond Pawlicki; brother Richard (Rosemary) Grajek; and son-in- law Steven Madden.


Leonard was a proud U.S. Army Veteran who served during the Korean War. After his service he was employed with Velvac for 42 years before retiring in 1995 as Vice President of Operations.


Leonard was enthusiastic about life. Wood working, restoring Metropolitan cars and dancing polka were favorite past times for Leonard. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was selfless, generous and tender-hearted, treating everyone he met with kindness. He will be dearly missed.


A gathering was held at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 W. National Avenue New Berlin, Wisconsin on Sunday, November 6, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. Memorial Service followed at 6:00 p.m.


A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Stanislaus Parish in Lublin, Wisconsin. A graveside service immediately followed.
