Gold Caps, senior women’s honorary society, was founded at UW-Eau Claire in 1969. The object of the society is service, scholarship and leadership. Members are selected on the basis of these three characteristics.

Activities during the past years included planning homecoming coronation and sponsoring the Chancellor’s roundtables, the “Last Lecture” series, and a leadership conference.
