A transaction was completed last week whereby Mr. and Mrs. Ole Gilbertson sold their feed business at Taylor, known as “Gilbertson Elevator, Inc.”, to Robert Pasenen, Owen, and Vernon Smith, Greenwood, who took over the operation June 2, 1975. Gilbertson owned and operated the feed business in Taylor for 27 years. Prior to that he worked for the late E.J Crane in the feed business for 8 years. The Gilbertsons also farmed in the Dorchester and Curtiss areas 12 years.

They have one son, Roger, who lives in Florida.

They plan to do some extensive traveling later in the summer to visit friends in Oregon, California, and several other states.
