Schoenfuss, Imogene (1 Aug 1933 – 19 Jun 1975)

A memorial services and mass of Resurrection were held for Imogene Grace Schoenfuss, 41, Abbotsford.

Concelebrants were Rev. Emil Hodnik and Rev. Michael Lynch. A guitar group from St. Michael’s, Wausau, provided several musical selections. Cremation took place at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Madison.

Mrs. Schoenfuss died June 19, 1975 at a Wausau hospital.

She was born Imogene Emmerich on August 1, 1933, at Wausau, and graduated from Wausau High School in 1951. On October 9, 1953, she was married to Theodore Schoenfuss at Pine City, Minnesota. They lived in Wausau until moving to Abbotsford in 1973.

She was a member of St. Bernard’s Church in Abbotsford.

Survivors, besides her husband, include six children at home, Robert, William, Christina, Michael, Laura and Jeffery; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Emmerich, Wausau; one brother, Lester Emmerich, Wausau, and one sister, Mrs. Wayne (Ruth) Kerswill, Wausau.
