Opelt, Pamela Sue (26 June 1982)

Pamela Sue Opelt and Keith Richard Eibergen were united in marriage on Saturday afternoon, June 26. Judge Lowell Schoengarth performed the Clark County Courthouse ceremonies. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Opelt, Rt. 2 Granton, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Eibergen, Rt. 1 Granton.

Special music at the service was provided by Mike Bletsoe and Mark Lavey,

Serving as maid of honor was Barb Vandeberg. Gary Eibergen was the bestman.

The bride chose a floor-length, laced gown with chapel-length train. Her fingertip, French illusion veil had lace trimming and was attached to a lace cap. She carried a colonial-style bouquet of white button mums, blue forget-me-nots and baby’s breath. Her attendant wore a long, blue gown with laced jacket and carried a bouquet similar to the bride’s.

Following the ceremony, a reception and dance was held at the fairgrounds multi-purpose building. The couple then left on a rip to Milwaukee and Wisconsin Dells.

The bride will graduate in 1983 from Granton High School. Her husband is a 1978 graduate of the same school and gained a two-year degree from UW-Madison. He is a farmer. They will make their home on Rt. 4 Neillsville.
