Fohl, Leander and Bernice (50th Anniversary 16 October 1983)

Mr. and Mrs. Leander J. Fohl of 1017 W. Adler Road, who were married October 16, 1933 in St. Hedwig's Catholic Church in Thorp by the Rev. Francis Kulig, observed the golden anniversary of their marriage with an anniversary Mass Saturday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church and dinner festivities at Casa Loma Supper Club.

Fohl, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Fohl, was born December 2, 1911 in Marshfield. His wife, the former Bernice Rycerz was born June 327, 1914 to Mr. and Mrs. Martin Rycerz at Thorp.

The couple's children are Mrs. Jerald (Betty) Beining, Howards Grove, and Mrs. Thomas (Shirley) Laufer, West Bend. There are six grandchildren.

Attendants at the 1933 wedding present for the celebration were Clarence Fohl, Marshfield, his brother, and Mrs. Helen Czerwinski, Wausau, a sister.
