Peaceful Pines Sunday School (ca. 195?)

[Identifications]

The Peaceful Pines Sunday School first organized in the private home of the Henry Elmhorst family who was its founder and Lay Pastor.  It was not incorporated and had no tax exempt standing.  Reverend Leo Chapman was the presiding pastor for a time, but left because of controversy over leadership of the group. Homer Webster, who preached occasionally, was an ordained minister and attended for a number of years.  He later founded the Neillsville Bible Baptist Church which is still in operation to this day.
