Two Events Planned to help St. Hedwig’s

The Hands Foundation will be hosting an open house event at St. Hedwig’s on Saturday, July 3, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. to show the people of Thorp and neighboring communities the progress of the restoration projects that the Hands Foundation has made on the local landmark.  Refreshments will be served to attendees.  From 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. the Thorp Alumni Association, Inc. will be attending St. Hedwig’s.
 
Also helping the restoration of St. Hedwig’s, Fragile a local band will be performing with the Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra on Friday, July 9, at 7:30 p.m.  The show will be a prototype for the fundraising performances that will follow to help the Hands Foundation with the restoration project.  The concert is for people of all ages.
