This week’s “Way Back When” shows a lively bunch of youngsters gathered together to celebrate what appears to be some happy little girl’s birthday. Who is the young lady celebrating her birthday? Can you identify the other children present? What year was this photograph taken? Please let us know any information you may have. In regards to the “Way Back When” picture in the Courier two weeks ago, Sally (Louis) Slowiak provided us with the following information. It is a picture of Stanley and Angeline Slowiak. They were married on July 25, 1935. The photograph was taken in Stanley; however the name of the photographer is unknown. Angeline and Sally are sisters. Their maiden name was Klisiewicz and they were married to brothers. |
