Looks like the action could be found here judging by the crowd that had assembled along Thorp’s Washington Street. The hardware store can be seen in the background along the historic Thorp Diary Bar Café. What was the occasion that brought these people out and about?  What year was it taken?  What was the name of the hardware store at that time?  Please share with us and our readers any information you may have.
