Way Back When

This week we have an old photo of a family standing in front of a barn.  Although the photo isn’t in perfect shape, the dress and expressions on people’s faces are still clear.  Do you know who these people are?  Do you know when and where this photo was taken?
 
 Last week’s picture of a couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary drew a lot of calls to our office.  Mary Wilichowski called in first to let us know that the couple sitting is her grandparents, Adam and Mary Lesniewski.  The picture was taken in 1961, in the basement of St. Bernard’s Church. The two standing behind them are Edna Jasniek and Frank Nieman, the original attendants for the wedding.  Thanks for the information
