#33 Neillsville City Hall 118 W. 5th. St. As was the Post Office, this art deco building was constructed by the W.P.A. during the F.D. R. administration. This was built in 1935 to house city offices, and the Police and Fire departments to replace the previous city hall, a wood structure with a bell tower. City offices and the Police Department remain in this building today while the Fire Department is housed in a building built in 1980 on 8th. Street.
