the
Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Unaltered Augsburg Confession.
Services were held at the Evangelical Society Church 2 miles south, 1/4 mile
west of current Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (at
Mapleworks). The Centennial Booklet (1883 - 1983) for that church was
originally donated to that congregation by Lorraine Nowak and has been
transcribed
by
James W. Sternitzky with permission from Lila D. Schmitz and
Lavon Bartsch. This is an outstanding work filled with numerous
historical gems. A Big "Thank You", to all who have had a part in
recording this fine piece of local history!

Clark Co., WI Internet Library "NEWSPAPER"
section has been reorganized. We file all new records in the library
in batches of 1,000. Recently we've been accumulating a batch every
two months and our resources are becoming increasingly valuable.
Without our willing volunteers, this site would not exist!
